- He had sex with a 24-year-old woman while her 18-year-old friend slept on the couch
- The teenager claimed she woke up to find Mr Abdulaziz forcing himself inside her.
- But the businessman slipped and claimed he was cleared of rape charges today.
A Saudi Arabian billionaire has been found not guilty of raping a teenage boy, claiming he may have accidentally pierced his body when the 18-year-old tripped and fell.
Property developer Ehsan Abdulaziz, 46, is accused of forcing himself on a young woman as she slept on the sofa in his luxury flat in Maida Vale, west London, after a night of drinking.
He said he had already had sex with her 24-year-old friend and may have fallen on top of his teenage friend with his penis sticking out of his underwear.
Mr Abdulaziz, a married father of one, was acquitted of one charge of rape following a trial at Southwark Crown Court.
The women met Mr Abdulaziz at the upscale West End nightclub Cirque Le Soir on August 7 last year.
Mr Abdulaziz had known the 24-year-old man for about seven months and invited friends to a private table for £1,000 a night and bought drinks for the two women.
Afterwards, he offered to give them a ride home in his Aston Martin.
He paid £1,000 for a private table at the club and bought two girls drinks.
The three returned to the apartment, where the man offered him vodka before taking the 24-year-old into a bedroom and having sex with him.
The teenager claimed that she woke up in the early hours of the morning to find Mr Abdulaziz on top of her and forcing himself inside her.
Outlining the case at the start of the trial last week, Jonathan Davies, prosecuting, told the court: “She said, ‘What are you doing?'” “It’s okay,” he said, indicating that her friend was asleep. She got up to find her friend and tried to wake her up but couldn’t. And I tried to get out of the apartment as quickly as possible.
“She was very upset about what had happened to her but couldn’t wake her friends so she called two of her friends and then the police.”
When Mr Abdulaziz was arrested, the court was told that he replied: “She’s going to have to prove it.”
Abdulaziz said he went to wake the young woman to give her a T-shirt to sleep in and offer to pay for her taxi ride home, but the woman pulled him on top of her and pushed him between her legs. He said he put his hands on it.
But when he offered to call her a taxi, she became furious and stormed into the bedroom to wake her friend, he said.
Mr Abdulaziz demonstrated in his evidence how the complainant placed his hand on the back of his head and pulled him towards him, causing him to fall.
he said: “I was weak, so I fell down and nothing happened. Nothing happened between me and this girl.” He said the fall resulted in traces of his DNA being found in her vagina. He said that it was possible.
He also said he may have had semen on his hands after sexual contact with his girlfriend’s friend.
Mr Abdulaziz told the court that after meeting the women at the club, he initially offered to drive the 24-year-old to his apartment, but changed direction when the boy asked to join the gathering. He said he drove to his house. Late night drinking party.
On his way home, he bought food and cigarettes for two women at a 7-Eleven in Notting Hill.
Upon arriving at the apartment, he took the complainant’s friend into the bedroom and had sex with her, and she fell asleep on the sofa.
When she woke up at around 4.30am, she discovered Mr Abdulaziz had pulled her shorts aside and had sex with her, the court heard.
However, Ms Abdulaziz claimed that she tried to seduce him and pulled him towards her when he tried to offer her a T-shirt to make her more comfortable.
I fell down but nothing happened, nothing happened between me and this girl.

The man may have accidentally penetrated the woman when he fell as she pulled him on top of her, after a swab taken from the alleged victim found traces of semen inside her vagina. He said there is.
During the trial, Judge Martin Griffiths granted the unusual step of hearing Mr Abdulaziz’s evidence behind closed doors for 20 minutes.
After reporters were allowed back into court, Abdulaziz insisted he respected women.
Jason Bartfeld QC, defending, asked: “Do you have a habit of meeting girls for the first time at a club and taking them home?”
He replied, “I’ve never had anything like that in my life. I’ve always respected women and I have a sister too.”
The businessman claimed he had never had a one-night stand in the 20 years he had lived in London.
Of the plaintiff’s friend, he said: “She’s a very sweet girl, a very nice girl. I see her a lot. I see them too. They go out a lot.”
She added, “I had thought about going out to dinner a few times, but I was traveling and a bit busy, so that didn’t happen.”
Abdulaziz said the girl was so excited about the car that she asked if she could sit in the front.
He claimed that it was the plaintiff’s idea to invite him to the apartment where they lived and suggested that they go to his apartment.
She added: “One of them said, ‘Do you have any friends? They can come too.’ And I said, to be honest with you, I don’t have any friends who would come over at four in the morning.” added. ‘
He said they entered the building through a secure underground parking garage and then went to his apartment for drinks.
Abdulaziz offered them the designer’s Roberto Cavalli vodka, but they poured it themselves. He then took the older woman into his bedroom and had sex with her.
‘[Afterwards] I turned off the TV and went to the living room to get some water. I looked at her, she was lying in an awkward situation. ” he said.
He continued: “I found her a T-shirt. I found the longest T-shirt that she would be comfortable with. I said, ‘Here’s a T-shirt, if you want to sleep here, you’re welcome. If not, I will.’ I’ll arrange a taxi for you.”
“She had her eyes closed, but then she opened them. She was like giggling, and right away she was kissing me and I was kissing her back. I’m not proud. No, but I never would have done it any other way.”
He claimed she put her hand on the back of his head and then on his crotch.
“I think she was embarrassed because she knew I wasn’t going to do anything, I said.” [your friend] I’m sleeping here, so you can go if you like. ”
The complainant claimed in evidence that she pushed him, but said if she had done so she would have fallen backwards onto the coffee table.
“If she had pushed me, I would have ended up in the hospital,” he said. “I’m very vulnerable. There’s very little space between the table and the couch.”
The complainant said that when she tried to free herself, the man pushed her down, but the man said, “To me, a man who raises his hand on a woman is not a man. I’ve never raised a hand on a woman in my life. That’s not the case,” he said. To women.
Under cross-examination, it was revealed that Abdulziz was married and living with his wife and 10-year-old son at the time of the incident, who were spending the summer in his native Czech Republic.
Abdulaziz claimed that he and his wife are separated and have not had sex for the past eight years. He said his wife and son shared a second bedroom and slept alone.
“I had never picked up a girl in my life,” he said.
He denied ever trying to meet women or going to upscale nightclubs to drink alcohol.
Mr Davies said: “You’re not going to pick up women, you’re not going out for drinks, so what do you do with a £1,000 table?”
“If you’re with your friends, they’re professionals,” he replied.
When asked if he had been “kind” to the two women, he replied: “I am kind to everyone. I am exactly how a gentleman should treat a woman.”
Abdulaziz admitted he went to wake the girl, who was sleeping in just his underwear, and said his erect penis may have been sticking out.
Mr Davis said: “You’re 45 years old, you knew a young girl was sleeping in your living room, and you were okay with him walking in there with his penis sticking out of his pants?” said.
“He said he might have come into the living room with his penis sticking out of his pants.”
“I didn’t go in there to have a conversation. I just turned off the TV and went to get a glass of water,” Abdulaziz said.
“This is my place,” he added.
The alleged victim ran to her bedroom to wake up her friend before fleeing the apartment.
She claimed she never went into the bedroom to talk to her friend.
When she gave evidence in court, the teenager said she went into the bedroom but was unable to wake her friend and feared she would die.
She said she fled the apartment but did not immediately call police because she “didn’t want to make the situation worse.”
Mr. Bartfeld told her: She said, “If you think her friend is dead, she can’t make things much worse. She’s not going to die any more than you previously thought.”
Bartfeld said the teen lied because she was embarrassed that Abdulaziz didn’t want to have sex with her.
he said to her: “The reality is he never put his penis inside you and he never even tried to have sex with you.”
After 30 minutes of deliberation, the jury found Abdulaziz not guilty of one count of rape.
