Raffles Hotels & Resorts, in collaboration with Saudi Arabia’s NEOM, has announced plans for a new resort within the Troyena project, Wego reports.
Set to open by 2027 in a mountain development in the northwest, Raffles Trojena aims to redefine mountain hospitality by allowing guests to fully immerse themselves in the region’s natural splendor. I am.
Perched at 2,300 meters above sea level in the Troena Mountains, Raffles Hotel boasts a unique ring-shaped design, with each of its 105 rooms offering stunning views of the surrounding area. This layout not only enhances the landscape experience, but also provides privacy and unobstructed views.

Set in the Troyena Mountains, Raffles features a unique circular design that offers panoramic views from every angle. The resort consists of 105 guest rooms arranged in a circular layout.
The resort features a circular zone and meticulously landscaped gardens on the ground floor, encouraging guests to explore and discover the natural beauty of the area. The roof has various circular openings that allow plenty of natural light into the interior. Raffles Trojena will maintain the brand’s signature services, including butler support, diverse dining options and showcasing local art and culture.
Located within the Discover cluster of mountain destinations, Raffles Trojena is surrounded by famous landmarks such as the Discovery Tower, Observatory and Cosmic Gate. The cluster offers guests a variety of immersive experiences that celebrate nature and adventure, rooted in the exploration of the natural world.
With this announcement, Raffles Hotels & Resorts will join the Marriott International Group to establish a new hotel in Trojena.
