Netflix Removing 45 Movies and TV Shows in December

Netflix has established itself as the most popular subscription-based streaming platform across the globe, due in large part to its massive library of movies, television shows, documentaries, and specials. Next month, however, it’s making some big changes to that library.

As the massive streaming service strives to keep its library fresh, Netflix is regularly bringing in new titles. However, it is also regularly cycling out old content. And next month, dozens of titles will be leaving the platform.

    High-Profile Titles Leaving Netflix

Next month, Netflix will be cutting 45 different movies and shows, as compiled by Just Jared.

These titles include all three Austin Powers films, all three Back to the Future films, the four Transformers films, all nine seasons of How I Met Your Mother, and all 15 seasons of Supernatural.

While these removals are generally subject to change and there’s always a chance that any of these titles could return to Netflix at some point in the future, they will all be removed from the platform in the next several weeks.
