Last week, I sat on Sunset Cliffs in San Diego’s beautiful Ocean Beach, watching the powerful waves of the storm crash against the rocks, mesmerized by the power and beauty unfolding before me.
All I was thinking about was the words of the great Bruce Lee. “Become water.”
Here are his words: Empty your mind and become formless. Like water. The water will be what you put in it. Water flows and water collides.

After watching the waves for a while, I came up with a few journal entries that illustrate the similarities between water and our daily lives. I may not be as philosophical as Bruce Lee. But in any case, I will share them with you all.
There are signs all along the cliff walkway warning people to stay away to prevent erosion by the sea.
This did not happen overnight, but over days, months, and years, water constantly lapped at the coastline, eroding rock and soil, making it dangerous and increasing the likelihood that the land would plunge into the sea.
It’s a slow process, but over time, a lot of damage has been done over the years.
The same goes for your life.
If you lead an unhealthy lifestyle, your health will gradually deteriorate. This also won’t happen overnight.
If you constantly eat poor food, don’t exercise, drink alcohol, smoke, and lack sleep and fluids, over time your health and strength will deteriorate and you will become overweight, unwell, and sick. It is more likely that
The opposite is true if you’re doing everything right. If you eat well, live a healthy lifestyle, and take actions that move you forward, these actions will become successful over time.
As for the flow analogy, I observed the waves crashing against the rocks and spreading out across the surface of the earth, from corner to corner. I realized that sometimes you need to adapt to the environment and the current situation.
This is a great example of the 3 C’s that I put into practice.
Control what you can, deal with what you can’t, and focus on what’s important.
In other words, don’t be like water and try to resist things that are outside of your control.
It’s not worth getting excited or stressed about traffic, weather, politics, etc. Surrender to the situation and control what you can.
Water also brings tranquility. Therefore, we can all be calm when we need to be.
I’ve learned over the years to always stay on my toes and not get stressed out over trivial things. Most problems can be solved if you have a solution mindset, so don’t get paralyzed when a problem arises. Please find a way to fix it.
Except for real tragedies, I don’t care about small things anymore because I spend my time and energy doing something that brings me good results.
In addition to everything beautiful and calm, the water comes rushing at you and you can’t stop it. We should all live with that mindset.
Take advantage of the opportunities presented to you immediately, because they may not exist tomorrow. As Cobra Kai teaches its students, strike first, strike hard, and show no mercy.
This is especially true in business because money loves speed. Once you have a lead, you need to act quickly. Otherwise, they will find your competition. If you find a good deal, it’s best to act quickly. If you don’t, it will be gone, so please don’t wait.
The world is moving rapidly. If you want to be seen as superior, you’d better do the same.
Summary,
Water has the power to erode even the strongest structures.
Water flows to adapt to any surface or environment
The force of the water is too fast to stop
The water is calm and makes you feel calm and peaceful.
Become water.
We are committed to your success,
