“This is flu season, also known as sugar season, and they go hand in hand,” Green said. “Eating a lot of sugar weakens your immune system and makes you sick. If you’re sick, you can’t exercise at all, so just cut down on sugar and make better food choices.”
Eating better and staying healthy brings several benefits to your daily lifestyle.
“A healthy lifestyle is the basis of everything. A healthy lifestyle helps you take better care of your children. A healthy lifestyle helps you work longer. A healthy lifestyle helps you take better care of your children. It helps you move and function better. A healthy lifestyle can help you get back on track even if you fall,” Green said.
Another tip for achieving healthy lifestyle resolutions is to do things you enjoy, even if it’s something as simple as a walk around your neighborhood or lifting heavy weights at the gym.
